1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phpvip5 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of phpvip5, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the phpvip5 website or services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phpvip5 and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of phpvip5 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering on phpvip5, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phpvip5 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time and to suspend accounts pending the outcome of such checks.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access phpvip5's gaming services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all phpvip5 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one phpvip5 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpvip5 login credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phpvip5 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on phpvip5:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. phpvip5 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 10 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements.
• Currency: All transactions on phpvip5 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phpvip5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with applicable law, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phpvip5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phpvip5 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your phpvip5 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: phpvip5 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phpvip5 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phpvip5 games:

• Fair Play: All phpvip5 games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phpvip5 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, phpvip5 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the corresponding wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Disconnections: phpvip5 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections or device failures on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game will resume from its last confirmed state upon reconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phpvip5. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phpvip5 games or services;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phpvip5 platform;
• Using phpvip5 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Accessing phpvip5 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the phpvip5 platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any phpvip5 software.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpvip5 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phpvip5 content without prior written authorization from phpvip5.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpvip5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpvip5 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of phpvip5 services;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the phpvip5 platform.

phpvip5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpvip5 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

phpvip5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Conduct that phpvip5 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or phpvip5's reputation.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phpvip5 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, any real-money balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your phpvip5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phpvip5, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phpvip5 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phpvip5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpvip5 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of phpvip5 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phpvip5 and may request account closure.
